Bob was the founder of a North American design agency, Russell Branding. With multinational consumer goods client Bob lead design programs and a team of brand and design professionals in Toronto and Boston. His deep brand experience in beer and spirits lead him to co-found Collective Arts Brewing and Stubborn Ideas with Matt. Bob is a partner at Independent Allied.

Tim’s experience in developing unique, memorable and market devouring brands in the outdoor industry runs deep. Tim has lead the creative development of all Atomic ski brands for the last 8 years. Tim is a partner at Independent Allied.

Ryan has worked with the industry’s best across multi-media platforms. Ryan’s unique ability to capture the soul of a brand is evidenced by his work for Sherpa Cinema, Go Pro, Highland Mountain Bike Park, Collective Arts and Moosehead Brewing. Ryan is a partner at Independent Allied.
